Mike Brunken
Mike Brunken
General Manager

Mike Brunken graduated from Illinois State University in 1992. In 1994 Mike started working with General Motors Parts and the Goodwrench Service Plus Program in Chicago, Il. Mike moved to Memphis, TN to roll out the program with over one hundred GM dealers covering a seven-state region in the south. From this experience he learned how successful auto dealers managed their service and parts departments. In 1999 Mike moved to Denver, CO because he wanted to live near the mountains.

He started with Lemco and Associates in 2002 and was involved with the Management Development Programs for P&A, Service, Sales, Operations, and Dealer Candidate School. Mike also managed the Dealer Candidate School - a year-long program designed for Motorcycle Dealership General Managers. Working with dealership managers and in-dealership training with front-line staff has always been a passion for him. Through the ownership changes (Lemco, RPMG & Assurant), Mike ran the 20-clubs department and has been actively involved with over one hundred and thirty 20-club meetings.

Currently the General Manager for GSA, Mike prides himself on being a student of the business. He understands the behaviors behind the statistics and what it takes to drive those numbers so dealers can succeed. He thoroughly enjoys the motorcycle business and working with the dealers.

Mike and his wife Sara enjoy Colorado with their two young sons. They spend most of their free time shuttling kids to athletic events and riding mountain bikes on the great trails near Denver.

Tony Gonzalez
Moderator, Trainer, Consultant

Tony Gonzalez began his career in the motorcycle industry 10 years ago with Lemco and Associates. He has also worked for The Retail Powersports Management Group and Assurant Solutions before finding a home with Gart Sutton & Associates. Working in these various environments has helped Tony earn his pedigree in front-line staff training, management development programs, regional sales training and 20-Club Moderating at all levels from managers to Dealer Principals. Having worked with more than 300 dealerships has been one great learning experience. Tony is currently one of the lead moderators for GSA and has a strong passion for the health and well-being of his dealers, and anyone who knows him knows that he prides himself on this.

Tony's interest in motorcycles started at a young age while riding dirt bikes with his entire family. He has owned almost all brands and types of motorcycles at some point or another and welcomes the opportunity to ride any and all motorcycles. Tony's favorite time on two wheels is when he and his close friends head to Baja, Mexico, and ride for 14 days from the top to bottom and back.

After high school, Tony attended the University of Colorado where he studied Organizational Management. Outside of motorcycles, Tony's passions include reading anything, traveling anywhere, eating very good food and relaxing. When he is not on the road teaching or learning from dealers, you can find him spending time in his hometown of Denver with his wife, Amy, and their two sons Cruz and Diego.

Steve Dodds II
Steve Dodds
Moderator, Trainer, Consultant

Steve Dodds was born in upstate New York and spent his formative years growing up in
Cape Town, South Africa.  His love for motorcycles started at an early age.  His father raced motocross, and he spent many weekends at the track.  At the age of 10, he got his first motorcycle and has loved riding ever since.

In the mid-'90s, Steve started working at a large powersports dealership in Raleigh, N.C.  He began his career as a salesperson and worked his way up. He found his second-niche in the finance office, where he consistently performed at, or near, the top of Lemco-dealers nationwide. Steve spent almost 15-years working in positions from Salesperson to General Sales Manager.  In 2006, he joined the RPM Group which was acquired by Gart Sutton & Associates, Inc.  Since that time, Steve has helped dealers meet and exceed their goals, both in the Sales Department and the Finance Office.

Dealers have praised Steve's ability to teach and inspire salespeople and managers – and to turn their Sales and F&I departments into highly-refined, money-making machines. This is where Steve shines. He is happiest not only consulting in the dealership environment but he enjoys moderating manager-meetings as well.  Steve has a proven track record of helping dealership staff find ways to be more successful.

When Steve is not on the road, you will find him enjoying life at home with the love of his life and their four amazing children. He also shares his love of racing (all kinds) and rugby with his friends and family. Go Springboks!

Jim Golmore
Jim Gilmore
DMS and Dealership Accounting Consultant

Jim Gilmore graduated from the prestigious Jesuit College Preparatory high school and attended Texas A&M University earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. His first job after graduation was as an Accountant for an IT company in Dallas. After the IT crash in 2001, Jim found himself working in a parts department at a local motorcycle dealership. Although his passion for motorcycles made this a very rewarding job, he moved on to continue his career as an Accountant. It wasn't long before he was recruited by a major motorcycle dealer to be their Finance Manager. Two years later he once again found himself back in the corporate grind; this time as an Accountant for the Walt Disney Corporation. While at Disney he discovered his true passion was the motorcycle industry and that is where he wanted to be. He made the leap and started his own consulting business. With his knowledge of corporate accounting, the motorcycle industry and his advanced training in LightSpeed, Jim has become a successful and in-demand powersports dealership consultant. He takes great pride in being able to assist dealers with any accounting issues they might have.

Jim's interest in motorcycles started at very young age. Motorcycles have been in his blood since he watched his uncle clean his bikes after coming home from the motocross races. While in college, Jim founded the Texas A&M Motocross and Enduro Association. This student-run organization is still active today.

Outside of motorcycles, Jim's passion is building hot rods. He is also an avid deer hunter and hunts with his dad and brother in southwest Texas. He has a very close family that spends a lot of time together.
